Usage adds up across your workspace. A person with an unreleased seat counts once per company and project, even across multiple licenses. Another company or project counts separately.
Individual subscribers outside BusinessMode do not count. Seats on naturally expired licenses count until released; this is not monthly-active-user pricing.
Upgrade before adding users beyond your capacity. Existing seats remain if you exceed your limit; new users need room.
